Snapshot of Text Sizer and Width Selector toolsWe understand that for various reasons, you may find the text on this website hard to read. Therefore, we've included a set of Text Resizer and Width Selector tools at the top right corner of every page.

Clicking "M" or "L" will make all of the text on the page either Medium or Large. Go ahead, try it. Clicking "S" will return the text size to the default size.

In addition, you may choose to have the width of the page fixed, or expand to fill your entire browser window.

If your browser has cookies enabled, your preferences will be saved from page to page on our website.

Access Keys

Access Keys are "hot keys" programmed into the web page that allow the visitor to jump to a particular link, by holding either the Alt key (Windows) or Ctrl key (Mac) and the associated letter. For example, holding Alt (Win) or Ctrl (Mac) and the letter X will highlight or activate the "Help" link at the top of any page.

Note: you may have to hit the Enter key after using an Access Key for a menu link.

The table to the right shows you which access keys to use for the main menu and toolbar above the search box.

Acronyms

While visiting our website, you may come across unfamiliar acroynms. We have labeled such acronyms, like ACSI, with a dotted underline, and if you hover your mouse pointer over them, your cursor should change to a question mark and the expanded phrase should appear as a ToolTip or popup balloon.

Page Suggestions

If you come across a link on our site or someone else's that gives you an "error 404" page, you may be given some suggestions for pages you might be looking for.

The website automatically suggests these pages based on the address of the page you were trying to reach. If you find problems with the page suggestion feature, please let us know.
